Logo Graphic Design ProjectThe Logo Graphic Design was a project we worked on involved angels and almost everything we've been learning in the criteria that quarter.
We were acting as graphic designers of a company that must have a logo to go with their name. As a Geometry resource, the logo must echo the company mission which is to educate the world in the ways of all things Geometry. So, the logo had to be unique in addition to being aesthetically pleasing as well as being mathematically correct. Overall this project did help me understand the angels and different line bisectors more clearly with the fun dynamic of colors and creativity. |

Proof Mini PosterThe Proof Mini Poster was where one person from each class would be assigned to each definition, postulate, or theorem.
My poster was about Complement Theorem which is when two angles are complementary angles and they add up to 90°. I gave two examples and many information such as everything I stated on the poster. |
Q1 Reflection + Goals |
For quarter one, I found myself struggling on tests and not fully understanding the work that was being given to me, but over time and more towards the end, I believe I got the hang of geometry. Or at least all that I’ve learned so far. I struggled mainly with bisectors and other forms of angle equations, but soon I understood everything more fully with the help of Mrs. Marsh.
My goals for the second quarter or even the whole year would be to focus more on fully understanding the material to the best of my ability and to be able to ask more questions to make sure I understand. I’ve had problems with asking for help because I didn’t want to seem stupid or ask an unworthy question, but I’ve come to realise that that doesn’t matter. So, I will try to work on both of these goals to endure a better understanding in geometry. |
